Community guidelines
Status: 28 September 2026 – draft for legal review
These guidelines supplement the terms and the content and AI use rules.
1. What the community is
In the community, confacAI users show what they have created with the tools. It is visible only to signed-in users. A post contains the result (image or video), title, note, prompt, model, tool, settings and any start, end or reference images used. It appears under your username or, if you choose, as “Anonymous”. Even with “Anonymous”, we know which account the post comes from.
Other users can view your post, like it and use “Recreate” to take over prompt, settings and reference images for their own production.
2. What you may share
- Only your own results for which you hold the necessary rights – including reference images shared with them.
- No recognisable real persons without their consent, no deepfakes, no voices or faces of others without consent.
- No content involving minors, no sexual content, no depictions of violence, no extremism, no hate speech, no illegal content.
- No political content such as election advertising or depictions of politicians.
- No personal data of third parties in title, note or prompt.
- No advertising for third-party offers, no links to malware or fraud.
3. Automated check
Before a post appears, an AI model checks username, title, note, prompt and images for the categories in section 2 (politics, minors, sexual content, violence, extremism, hate, illegal content, real persons/deepfakes). If a violation is detected or the check is not possible, the post does not appear. Your result in your own account is not affected. The check can be wrong – in both directions. If you think a rejection is wrong, write to daniel@confacAI.com and we will review it personally.
4. Rights in shared posts
You keep your rights. By sharing, you grant confacAI and other signed-in users a simple, royalty-free right limited to the community to display the post, and other users the right to recreate prompt, settings and reference images for their own productions in confacAI. The display right ends when you withdraw the post; productions already recreated by other users remain. confacAI does not use shared posts for its own advertising unless you separately agree.
5. Withdrawal and removal
You can withdraw a shared post at any time; it is then no longer visible to others. We remove posts that violate these guidelines or applicable law. Withdrawn and removed posts are archived, no longer shown and permanently deleted after six months. Your work itself remains in your account.
In case of repeated or serious violations we may block sharing for an account or block the account under the terms. We inform you of a removal or block and state the reason where permitted.
6. Reporting illegal content
If you consider a post illegal or in breach of these guidelines, report it via “Report post” in the post view. There you choose the reason, describe the breach and confirm that you are reporting in good faith; you receive a confirmation of receipt by email. Alternatively, report it by email to daniel@confacAI.com, subject “Community report”. The report should contain:
- which post you mean (title, username or “Anonymous” and, if possible, date or screenshot),
- why you consider the content illegal or in breach of the guidelines,
- your name and email address (except for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, review the report promptly, diligently and objectively, and inform you of our decision. The person who shared the post is told that and why we removed it and can object by email. Where there are indications of a criminal offence threatening the life or safety of persons, we inform the competent authorities.
