Accessibility statement

confacAI is a micro-enterprise and, under Section 3(3) of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), exempt from its requirements for services. We nevertheless work to make the service as accessible as possible and publish this statement voluntarily.
1. Scope
This statement applies to the confacAI website (home page, registration, sign-in, legal documents) and the workspace with its tools.
2. Accessibility status
The service has not yet been assessed against a recognised standard (EN 301 549 or WCAG 2.1 AA). Known points:
- The legal documents have a simple structure with headings, work without scripts and are readable on phones.
- Website and workspace are available in German and English.
- The workspace contains complex controls (such as timelines, image editing, dials, drag and drop) that may be limited or unusable with keyboard or screen reader.
- AI-generated images and videos have no automatically generated alternative texts or subtitles.
